“Out of all the mechanics that I have been to over the years I would have to say that Motormech have to be the best and I’ll tell you why.
Firstly, their Customer Service was A+ awesome. When we serviced our car we had no way of getting home so Pete kindly offered to drop us home and pick us up when the car was ready. All of this without being prompted to do so. The staff are all so very kind as well.
Secondly, their Honesty. We wanted our aircon regassed but it was discovered that all we needed was a new air filter. Our aircon works like new now and we saved money.
Third, their Pricing. Prior to using Motormech’s services we had paid anywhere from $480 to $220 for a logbook service. We booked in at a time when Motormech was having a special and paid $169. What sweetened the service was the fact that our car was vacuumed, exterior washed, we received some treats for the kids, a new car fragrance tree, window fluid, wipers, when do I stop? I appreciate the work that the staff at Motormech have done for my family and I highly recommend them as a go to place for all mechanical repairs.
To top it off I must say that I live in the vicinity of 3 mechanical workshops all of which I pass when I need to get work done from the team at Motormech. If this isn’t an indication of the positive impression that they have left on me, than I wouldn’t know what would be. I choose Motormech because I can trust that they will deliver with honesty, on time all the time, at a competitive price. I highly recommend them to all. ”
